Auditly SEO

Privacy policy

Last updated: 16 September 2026

Auditly SEO is operated by Thomas McLoughlin, SnowFox Digital, and is published at auditlyseo.com. It does not require an account and does not sell personal data.

What we process

When you submit a URL, our server fetches that URL server-side to run the audit. The raw HTML, response headers, and derived metrics exist only in memory for the duration of the request. They are not written to a database and are not retained after the response is sent.

Any JSON audit file you download is stored on your own device. Audit history and the keyword tracker (keywords, dates, and positions you log) are kept in your browser's localStorage and never leave your machine.

Third parties

If optional API keys are configured \u2014 Google PageSpeed Insights, Google Custom Search, Moz, or Sanity \u2014 those providers receive the URL or query you initiated. Their own privacy policies apply to those calls. The default HTML audit does not call them.

Cookies

No tracking cookies. No login session. No analytics scripts.

Your rights

Because we store nothing server-side, there is no account to delete. Clearing your browser's localStorage removes your local history and tracker. For questions about this policy, contact the operator via the LinkedIn link in the site footer.
